Lessons take place at Rundle Park, in the Edmonton River valley

Youth Training Group (Ages 11–21) (13 week course)
Led by qualified instructors, you’ll do a drills and games that incorporate the drills you learned in your introductory course. Then with a fun filled atmoshere you wil be intri=oduced to canoe polo, slalom, slalom cross and other kayak disciplines. You will learn strategy, teamwork, and more kayaking skills. All the skills learned are transferable between the disciplines. Work will be done on the power and delivery of the strokes and timing. Skills to surf, do eddy turns or just turn faster and cleaner will be worked on. Even a few playboat moves like pivot turns will be touched on.
