Lessons take place at Rundle Park, in the Edmonton River valley


  • Lessons are outdoor.
  • If weather conditions are unsafe, Indoor activities will be taken indoor.
  • For comfort, wear a swimsuit with shorts or tights and a rash guard.

  • Please meet us by the Paddling Centre 10 minutes early

Youth Kayaking  (Ages 10–15) (Monday to Friday)


Dive into adventure at our afternoon Kayak Camp, running 1:00–4:40 pm for ages 10–15! Paddlers learn essential strokes, safety, and boat control on calm water with certified instructors. Each day blends skills sessions, fun games, short explorations, and teamwork challenges that build confidence and respect for the outdoors.


We provide kayaks, paddles, and PFDs; paddlers should bring a water bottle, suitable clothes that can get wet, dry clothes and towel, sunscreen, and a snack.


No prior experience required. 

If you have experience our instructors will work keep you engaged in refining skills, and increasing the challenge.
