Red Deer River (Grade 2/3)

Date: August 18, 2017 – August 20, 2017
Cost: $25/day equipment rental (bring money with you)

Held on the Red Deer River west of Sundre, Alberta. Camping at Wysnchuks Crossing (primitive) for three days of exploring the beautiful Red Deer River reaches and enjoying an abundance of river features. A great opportunity to learn about more advanced river skills or just tour down the stream. Equipment rental is $25/day or you can bring your own. You can also either bring your own food or join the food co-op (costs to be published later, along with a map).

Adult Lessons

Learn the basics of whitewater kayaking in a safe and warm environment from experienced EWP members and instructors. Once ready, there are also many opportunities to get folded into the main EWP training group that practices in an adjacent pool, try canoe/kayak polo, or continue on to specialty classes in bracing and rolling.
